Kwan is Dash’s best friend, and is most often seen hanging around him, taking the place of ‘loyal follower’. He normally gives the beatings whenever Dash isn’t around; but unlike Dash, he seems otherwise amiable toward the social inferiors. He has no qualms about being forced to hang out with Sam and Tucker, or with helping out Danny in tight situations.

His kinder side is contrasted by his submissiveness to the A-List. He left Sam and Tucker for Star, easily lost within social standards and trying to fit in wherever he sees he should. He also writes happy poetry, apparently.
