At first glance, you might be a little wary to talk to Sam Manson. She’s dressed black as night (wherever her skin isn’t showing), has a disheartened scowl, and a whip-like tongue. Get to know her and you'd find that she’s really a friendly, independent, activist, vegan girl. Who might happen to have a Jack O’ Nine Tails hidden behind her back.

Sam’s the only girl in her group, and is outspoken, sometimes even bossy about everything she believes in. That’s including her friend Danny’s infatuation with Paulina. Because, seriously. What’s so great about Paulina? Come on. She proves herself to be a lot tougher than the guys, too, whether it be athletics or games.

Sam comes from a rich Jewish family. Her parents are appalled by her choice of dress and behavior, but it’s just another chance for her to rebel against the system. With her, Team Phantom stays focused, and maybe has a tofu melt after the ghost hunting’s done.
