Members are expected to maintain a certain level of behavior. We hold the DPO community to a roughly PG-13 rating. This means that the forums may contain certain language or discussions not suitable for younger children. If you are under the age of 13 or feel you may be offended by periodic use of "bad language" or discussions that a group of teenagers are likely to have, we advise you go to a more strictly moderated forum.

While we strive to maintain an enjoyable forum community, we cannot constantly patrol for material that violates the forum's rules. DPO and its staff accept no liability in the event of users coming across such material. If you do encounter anything obscene or illegal, chances are the staff haven't found out about it yet. In such cases, please notify one of the forum moderators or administrators, and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Our rules are fairly straightforward.

• "Play Nice" - Treat other people the way you would like to be treated. Basically, avoid personal attacks on other users. It's rude, and detracts from everyone's experience.
• Keep it somewhat clean. Innuendos and the occasional bout of cursing is acceptable, but if you can't go a single sentence without using bad language; or only want to talk about drugs, sex, and the grossest stuff you've found on YouTube, perhaps this isn't the forum for you.
• Discussion and debate is fine, but we have to draw the line at graphic depictions of adult and/or illegal activity. So no telling someone how to obtain or use illegal substances, or where to find warez, and so on.
• Do not use DPO as a staging area for 'raids' or other harassing activities against other websites, forums, games, or services. We cannot control what members do outside of our forums, but we will not tolerate people using our community to harass others.
