Remember the [Ecto-Skeleton] from Reign Storm? Well, we finally find out what Vlad did with it after it vanished at the end of the movie. He's been upgrading it! According the the archvillain himself, he's upgraded the suit, presumably boosting its combat power as well as resolving the critical and potentially lethal flaw with the pilot interface. By hooking the suit up to the Fenton's Ecto-Converter and Technus' lightning rod (both stolen from their rightful owners by Skulker), the suit apparently has an infinite power source and no longer runs the risk of draining the pilot.

It's safe to assume that Vlad hasn't altered the armaments of the armor, given that Jazz blasts him in the face. It seems likely that the suit boosts the user more than 100-fold, since with it Jazz is able to more than match Danny in terms of physical strength, speed, and power. All things considered, it's probably a good thing that Jazz was the one who got to use this mechanized monstrosity, and that it was destroyed at the end of Secret Weapons. It's a scary prospect to think of what Vlad himself would be capable of with the device!
